1. Please take the test during the designated period.
2. Please make sure you thoroughly check your PC settings and audio equipment
prior to taking the test.
3. Please make sure you allow yourself enough time to complete the test
(the required amount of time is approximately 60 minutes).
4. Answer all questions.
5. After answering each question, make sure to click the 'Next' button at
the bottom right-hand side of the screen.
6. Please do not use a dictionary.
7. Please take the test in a quiet location.

WeTEC is designed to measure your English communication skills.
【System Requirements】
OS：Windows（98、ME、NT、2000、XP、Vista、7、8）
Browser: Internet Explorer 5.0～10.0
Internet Connection: An internet connection using a 56Kbps modem or above (including ISDN, ADSL)
* However, this does not include Internet Explorer 10 for Windows 7, as an official version has not yet been released as of February 1st, 2013.
* WeTEC does not support Macintosh systems.
* As the test includes listening comprehension questions, we suggest you use headphones or take the test in a quiet surrounding.

●WeTEC Guided Tour
Prior to taking the WeTEC test, make sure to check the
test format and procedures by clicking on the 'WeTEC Guided Tour' link below.
1. The guided tour will allow you to check the test format and procedures
by answering one practice question each from sections 1 to 4.
2. You can view the guided tour as many times as you wish until you become
familiar with the navigation of the test site.
3. After you feel comfortable with all steps of the test, begin the test
by entering through the 'Login Page' and follow the test instructions.
WeTEC Guided Tour
●After completing the test, print out the test result screen and hand
the printout to your teacher/professor The test result is displayed
after completing the test.
After printing out the test result, this should be handed to your teacher/professor
in the first lesson (check with your school office regarding details on
test result submission method). Please be careful when closing the test
result screen, as it cannot be opened a second time.
*The test result will be registered on the Tutorial English 'Tutorial Site'
on the next weekday after taking the test. If you accidentally close the
test result screen before printing, please print out the test score from
the 'Tutorial Site' and hand it to your teacher/professor.
【Accessing the Tutorial Site】
1. Please log into the Tutorial website via the Waseda-net
portal.
2. After logging in, please click the 'Tutorial English' link, found on the
lower left menu.
3. You are able to check your test result by selecting the following options
from the left menu of the Tutorial website top page:
'Study History'→'Examination History'
●The WeTEC Login Page
Please input the login ID and password using half-size characters.
Your login ID is your student number, excluding the CD (Check
Digit).
e.g.
If your student number on your student ID card is 1A12XXXX-Y
Your login ID is: 1A12XXXX
Your password is the 4-digit code listed on your examination
